Kris Shook is a lifelong resident of Pierce County. He started his career in real estate in 2002 as a realtor and transitioned to working as a senior loan officer for Bank of America. While working as a lender Kris financed residential loans of all sizes making him a veteran to the real estate industry. In 2010 Kris transitioned back into a full time Realtor role and in 2012 formed a full-service real estate team he named the “Shook Home Group” with Keller Williams. Kris’s previous background in finance coupled with knowledge of the local markets is how Kris has become a top 1% of producing agent in Washington State. Kris is also a survivor of stage 4 cancer and dedicates his time to public speaking in the community, raising money, creating awareness, and a resource to those currently fighting their battle with cancer and their loved ones. When Kris is not working with buyers and sellers to find their next dream home or help them to develop a real estate plan, you can find him with his family enjoying activities such as traveling, hiking, and working out.
